These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LawSaathi. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

All content, software, AI models (including DELTA), templates, trademarks, logos, and materials provided through the Services (collectively, "Content") are owned by LawSaathi or its licensors and are protected by Indian and International intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services for personal or professional use as permitted. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Content is prohibited.
Unless explicitly provided by a licensed attorney through the Services, all information, templates, and outputs (including those generated by DELTA AI) are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. You should consult a qualified attorney for advice specific to your legal needs. LawSaathi is not a law firm and does not engage in the practice of law unless through explicitly engaged licensed professionals.
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party websites, payment gateways, or services not controlled by LawSaathi. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
The Services, including DELTA AI, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. LawSaathi does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that outputs (e.g., documents, citations) will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, LawSaathi and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LawSaathi and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and provisions such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the award shall be final and binding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
